you need to do more research. There were multiple shooters. He most likely was a patsy, they probably killed him before his first shot. Someone was also firing from the 4th floor!

    No there was only one shooter. I'm local and i have friends that work inside the casinos. There was only 1 shooter and the other shooters are fictional.

      Thats what you heard? I watched MULTIPLE videos including the 4th floor window. There were multiple shooters even the people in the crowd interviewed, stated the same.
