Who is responsible for it.. can she get justice....?

Name lahari debbarma , she was a student of Auxalium Girls school 12th standard situated in Agartala (India) who was a bright student topper of the class who also represented her school in different caricular activities. On 24th of may she went out from her resident with her 3 friends for giving their teacher Sister Elizabeth( who was a teacher in their school). On way to attend the fairwell party of their teacher the four friends decided to buy a gift for her. They went to a shopping mall situated in the Main city. Before entering the mall they requested the security to tag their bags for security purposes but the security authority denied and let them entered with out the needed step after few minutes they decided to come out of the mall as they dint find any suitable gift for their teacher. Suddenly the security system installed in the exit gate started to indicate some suspicious sound, they immediately stopped them and took lahari's bag since she was the last to come out. The security staff took her back some were behind their information and accused them by keeping 6 items n her bag blaming that she tried to steal the goods. Soon after they treatened them blaming they have done wrong things and called their parents and forced them to buy the goods which cost 3922rs. Not only that they scolded with slang languages. Soon after the incident the authority of her school came to know about the incident and called her to come as soon as possible in principal room. With out any investigation the school called her and threatened her and decide to expel her with the rumours of the incident. The next day she was found dead hanging herself in her house in the kitchen. Soon police arrived took the action needed as per law. In the police investigation the mall were asked to provide the video footage of the CCTV of the mall but they denied too. Later on after 2 days they only provide the footage of the entry and exit of their mall saying that the hole 13 CCTV camera of the mall is not working except the entry and exit CCTV camera. Every body knows that how a shopping mall like big bazaar 13 CCTV can go damage together and that was not the only incident of that mall, the mall had been reported in consumer forum before the incident also for cheating with customer and making them forcefully buy their goods. Now the main question is that who is responsible for the dead of the girl. Is the mall who insulted her and gave false alligation as a black spot in her life or her school authority who tool action with out investigating and knowing the truth. Will she every get justice..please share your thoughts and suggestion gainst this incident
