"Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert. It also helps you to release anger and be more forgiving."
"With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing your relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use."

With so much heart ache in the world, I realize the problems that arise in my life, pale too those that many humans experience 24/7.
Hunger, racial cleansing, war, displacement, racial divide, personal health issues, pollution of our planet, and the list could go on almost indefinitely.
Many times we worry about things, that on a scale of 1 thru 10, would be categorized as a 1, compared to any of the situations listed above.
For some reason we tend to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
I understand everyone's concern about the present value of Steem, but we all need to realize that on a scale of 1 thru 10, this should be categorized as a 1 or possible a 2.
The time for being consumed by worry will surer than hell be bestowed upon everyone of us.
While life may not be going exactly as planned, issues of a 10 magnitude may be right around the corner.
Sometimes we may feel like a sailboat without a rudder, having the wind push us in directions not of our choosing.
For those of us who have yet to be burdened with events in our life that would fall on the higher range of this scale, we need to approach life with the attitude of the GLASS BEING HALF FULL RATHER THAN HALF EMPTY.
As stated in the opening paragraph, laughter can provide so many benefits. So enjoy the following pics, and hopefully a little laughter or a smile will ensue.

Laughter helps the body to relax, and in return you will feel less stressed out.😊😊😊
Met these two characters in Nashville while on vacation last year. They were from Canada, and boy did they know to have a good time.😁😁😁
You want to laugh, hang out with KIDS. Just being in their presence puts a smile on my face. This is my grandson, we were having corn on the cob and he was complaining that the juice was squirting all over his face every time he took a bite. I like to be able to come up with solutions to problems and this worked .
Laughter helps the body boost the immune system.
Laughter helps to release endorphins. Endorphins are body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins can help to reduce pain and provide you with a feeling of well-being.
A couple of adult beverages why laughing works also.
Lets hope they are still laughing a year from now.
Funny faces always make me laugh.
They seem to be having a jolly time. Maybe they are thinking about how much fun it will be consummating their marriage.
Yeah, that also helps the body to relax, but sometimes a little too much!

I told you I like funny faces.
Kids 😍😍😍 Laughter is great for the heart. It increases blood flow.
Hanging with my brother, who is always a character.
Funny story real quick, I still laugh at too this day.
While cooking on the grill, my wife had to tell me several times not to burn the steaks.
While cooking, my brother who also is bald stopped by.
He walked down the side of our house knowing that I was one the back deck.
Being the practical joker that I am, I had him switch positions with me, he was now manning the grill as I hid from view right around the corner.
From the back it is hard too tell us apart.
Once we were both staged, I yelled into my wife that the steaks had caught on fire.
As she opened the sliding door, giving me hell, unknown to her we had pulled the old switcharoo.
Well, I'll tell you what, she smacked him in the back of the head like she was trying to knock him out.
As he turned around, we were in stitches.
Her apology was sincere, but muffled by all of the laughter.😁😁😁
Laughter was enjoyed by all at my son's wedding. What a great couple they make.
Tell me that this is not funny. No kids, hang out with a pet. Laughter helps burn off those extra calories. After this past Thanksgiving, I better get laughing.
The older gentleman in this picture is none other than one of the finest people I have ever met.
Uncle Lou could make a priest laugh while hearing a confession. Uncle Lou is the reason I bought the property I now call home. He lives up the street a ways. One day I will dedicate a blog to him. What a life he has lived!
At Mardi Gras last year, hanging with an ape of a guy.
Kids of all ages are so much fun to be with.
Laughter can help to lighten the load of stress. It can be helpful in changing one's perspective.
Laughter can help to build strong relationships.
Take time everyday to step off the wheel and do what makes you happy. It has been said that Music is a universal language. Well, I would also put laughing in that same category. I can't count how many times I have laughed, not knowing what was so funny, but just laughing along at those who were laughing.😁😁😁
!
Here is your alternative.
