Lavender for mind and spirit

Lemonade is delicious but unfortunately also full of industrial sugar and usually very unhealthy. However, there are ways to make healthy lemonades that are good for your health. One of them is lavender lemonade. This plant is known for its calming effect and provides additional energy for the day.

lavender oil

Pure lavender oil is a good essential oil for your own health. Lavender oil has a chemically complex structure with over 150 active ingredients. This is also the reason why lavender is so effective. Lavender oil has anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, analgesic, detoxifying, antihypertensive and soothing properties. The scent of lavender oil has a positive influence on areas of the brain that are associated with relaxation. Lavender also calms the digestive tract and promotes the secretion of bile, which helps the body to digest fats.

The Lemonade

This lavender lemonade is versatile. You can enjoy them warm or cold. In the morning it is recommended to drink it warm, so that the body gets going, because lavender stimulates the large intestine. Lavender flowers in combination with honey is an incredibly effective basis for a lemonade. The result is a refreshing drink with a good taste that invigorates body and mind.

We all know the many health benefits of honey and lemon, but lavender also has some in stock. It helps with insomnia, revives the mind, calms the nerves, improves digestion, etc. These three ingredients together in one drink are an absolute health bomb.
