Hello friends and welcome to my article in the SLC S22/W2 I would be sharing my thoughts on these great tasks immediately.
We in Nigeria have a beautiful legal system, the laws guiding social interaction between citizens and the government would be categorized as the public laws, those laws guiding relationships between individuals or private entities would be assumed to be private laws.

Public Laws in my country are laws guiding relationships exiting between citizens and the government holding in high esteem behaviours basically in public parastatals that operate in the country. Harnessing efforts to enable them abide by the nations rules and regulations.
Public Laws ensures citizens have right to fair hearing, dignity of human person, right to justice being served and special punishments to prime suspects which flouts the law, all these analogy would be incorporated in the penal laws or criminal laws

Privacy is crucial in families, therefore there are special laws guiding these private active which must be highlighted, most of these consists of obligations, modus-operandi which includes special agreements, conventional readings and contracts specifically designed for private individuals in a state.
A good analogy for private laws would be the special obligatory guide for families which could include divorce, child support, possessional property ownership ad a host of other informed related activities, these would be controlled by the customary laws which sees to it that these private laws are enforced effectively. It specially deals with families and special interest of these state in resolving these disputes.

Constitutional Laws: This is incorporated in public law from our 1999 constitutional template which is presently in use. The constitutional laws guides the judiciary arm of government in carrying out their delegated duties.
This laws aid in building solidarity in government, it checks and balances the state, various arms of government which includes legislature, executive and judiciary, cutting across to the various tiers of government which would be the federal, state and local government respectively.
Administrative Laws: This laws basically checks the government, it is a powerful obligatory code which sees to it that government agencies are regulated, it ensures they perform their special professional duties without prejudice, make use of specific criteria template in the law to ensure their mandatory duties are carried out, a good example would br the tax laws and special licensing laws which ensures all citizens pay tac including at the top, ensuring a balanced system for all to live in.
I would gladly prefer the fundamental human right law which interests me the most for these reasons.
Right Against Bullying: Most people are easily bullied and degraded, the universal declaration of human right act, specially allows citizens carry out there rights effectively. Once your rights are stepped upon it is quite expedient that you report to the authorities and get culprits remanded in custody.
Fair hearing: This right gives you an opportunity to get right to fair hearing when you are falsely accused, when you get molested, a good legal practitioner backing you up would enhance your plight put out in public and a great solution to those molesting you.
Justice Service: In cases of rape, domestic violence and all worth not, a good Human right activist when contacted in conjunction with à good lawyer would grant justice to you enabling you live a fulfilled life without hate and molestation.
My life experience;
I work with a company about few years backs, I was supplied products and when sales was completed I make accounts to the Management. I was always given an invoice when products get supplied to me, but on this special occasion an invoice for products was not given, I got product counted and called the management that it was 70 pieces, they claimed to be 100 pieces.
After sales and account statement I was demanded to provide extra money for 30 pieces. I was threatened severally that if I don't provide it I would be in trouble. I immediately pressed charges with my evidences, stressing that there was no invoice at this point but they claimed it was about 100 pieces.
I contacted a human right lawyer and a petition was written against the company on charges of defamation of name, threat to life and a whole lot of accusations as taken up by the great legal practitioner. The company was interrogated and fined after long processes, they were guilty and fined hugely for false accusations. I was once again a happy man.
However, I consider it as Huma Right law because my life was threatened, my nae was dragged to the mud and host of other activities which associated to me and after legal proceeding I was free and the company still contacts me for my services.
