Hello friends and welcome to my article in the SLC S22/W3 as organized by @anasuleidy I would be sharing my thoughts on the subject in question gracefully participating immediately.
My country is also known as a 3rd world country with little development in political matters, it is actually the giant of Africa, but still has several lapses which is seen in one way or the other in the society, as we all can see if we remain truthful.
Moreso frankly speaking, the legal system it judiciary system is said to be jeopardized, we all have seen a clear picture of several cases being politically handled negatively in our country. I would be sharing a recent scenario which happened in our country first violation.
First scenario, two suspects where apprehended for spraying the money in a party, a big offense to the Nigerian naira note and punishable by offense. They were both sued to court an arm of judiciary one of the suspect was a noble man, an elite in the society. A highly rated socialite in the country too. The other was a commoner due to the bribery of the judiciary, the rich man was discharged after bribing the jury.
On the other hand, the commoner got a lawyer, his case kept getting postponed and the court finally remanded him in custody with $2000 penalty fine! What a ruined political system. It was a clear epileptic judiciary system. The human right of the commoner was dragged to the mud and trampled upon.
Secondly, the presidential election conducted about 2 years ago was a clear example too. Votes was casted and results was released, threats was made by one of the political that he would win the election in any possible way. Some polling units, ballot boxes was snatched, and thuggery took place. The result was falsified after every activity the human right of citizens was disdained and our civic duty was neglected too. A disappointment to us, a bitter pill to take down eventually.

Human right of my country both old, existing and amended get its power from the constitution contains the internationally acceptable modus operandi. The constitution is held in high esteem to others, the form equal parts and values. The human rights and other parts of the law could be enforced.
They were concluded that supra-constitutional does not exist, country has been part of several international treaties. Guidelines are shared and updated all human rights activities are engrossed and respected in the constitution.
UDHR: Universal Declaration of Huma Right a global right strictly is upheld in our country. It is upheld in the country. The system indeed enlightens citizens in our country into knowing their basic rights which is being neglected, harnessing their thoughts on their civic rights amidst other human rights too.
This system eventually makes citizen z identify their rights and know when they are being trampled upon, violated. These details of UDHR are incorporated in the constitution cushioning government activities towards citizens bringing about a more sustainable government activities. There are government laws makers who are human rights activity which sustain these codes of conduct this gracing the peoples rights.
Sometime last year, I was on transit through a business transportation company, we were at a checkpoint and the military men stopped our business demanding a tip for pass, our driver insisted not to comply, he submitted the car documents all correct and up to date. We were held there for about 20 minutes, our driver took a smart move, took a clumsy video of the sergeant disturbing with his name tag.
However, he knew the Colonel in one way or the other, sent the video across to him and a message reached the patrol squad that the sergeant disturbing our transit be dismissed! Our right to movement, freedom of movement was denied all for no just cause. It got interesting because we left the scene almost immediately happily after the order. Our human right was redeemed and upheld finally and indeed a day to remember.

Right to life a basic fundamental human right and thus when denied can never go unpunished. This law is acceptable internationally. The human right was violated. The major support would definitely be in the judiciary to execute their duties exactly.
The mother has every right to press charges as the case is pertaining her sons whose right was denied, she might have her grievance,but definitely her duty would be contacting a legal practitioner or human right activist. This would be easy to press charges and get the culprit remanded in custody eventually.
Fundamental human right of various such as such is crucial a great violation of right to life, just mentioning a few. A torture to human freedom can be seen from scenario this violating demands of Universal Declaration of Human rights torture and inhuman act are this really violating and should be punished
Closing case without adequate justice indeed means human right was infringed upon and the competence of the Judiciary systems . This means murderer walks out the door of the court to get into the society and could murder the next civilian when stepped upon.
The fundamental right violated, human rights denied civic rights and denied human rights to thus a big problem for our society at large. The family denied justice and rights violated eventually
