Part 1

Talk about my country so in Pakistan there are so many rules for women rights I will talk about the specific one

Criminal law for women

This law was made in 2006 and the purpose of this law is actually to protect the ladies specially against the criminal activities for example harassment and domestic violence and this is on going with criminal procedure to give the women better protection against these criminal activities.

Prevention of Anti-women

This is actually very recently made in 2011 the purpose of this law is very important to the parents actually who force their kids to get married or child marriages are the parents who just give all their inheritance to Son and deprived of all the girls from the inheritance so this is I think I like this one because it is protecting the women against the force marriages and the kid marriage and the most importantly inheritance deprivation.

Protection of women against violence

Now this is the most important among all which is recently made in 2016 and this is actually providing a huge betterment to all the ladies throughout against the abuse this can be anytime like physical emotional domestic which is becoming very common nowadays in Pakistan and along with that economic abuse so I think this are the topics that we are in born to avoid to discuss about these things and keep it at home but now this role is being made to protect all the ladies against this kind of abuses.

Effectiveness of these rules

Now some ladies who actually don't know if the husband is abusing or domestic abuse they really don't know how to address it and how to complaint against these issues then another thing which is very common in Pakistan like if the girl is get married girls are not a lot to get back to their parents home and they have to live with their spouse no matter they are living in abusive relationship but they have to live till their last breath so this is something which is cultural thing which is avoid to discuss.

But over all the equality and effectiveness its just dependent on the women who are actually suffering from and the loss should protect the rights of every woman no matter poor or rich and secondly it should not violate the equality that should be justice between everything.

Gender violence has been asing more common rather than the common crimes in the violence can be of so many variety of the types as a mentioned the abuse it can be physical economic are the domestic violence I think which is becoming day by day common in Pakistan which is mainly for the girls are being harassed or abused by husband.

Then the sexual abuse is also become common nowadays in Pakistan and this is can be of any type for example the sexual violence or you can say the rape cases are also becoming common in Pakistan nowadays due to there so many reason to talk about.

And I guess the common crimes are two common in Pakistan as well for example due to unemployment or the younger generation who are just sitting at home the jobs facilities are very less so robbery theft I think is also becoming and most of the time we can see the victim is just the women who are really working hard outside.

I have seen one of my friend at least she got married and this was actually I love marriage and but after few months her husband abused her mentally physically and I have seen that her parents were not let her to come back home and just to stay in this marriage and then I increase her to take the court have and I am very happy that got the Justice. Another lucchiar thing was that she has no kids just a few months of marriage so I think this was her right time to make a decision not just that kids suffer from.

So after a few months she got divorced and she was a doctor and now she is working Independently.

Case study 1

Now this is a classical case of homicide which is actually we can say against a woman this is we can't call it femicide but we can say homicide.

Because we can see the woman is resisting and she is the victim.and she has been killed due to refusal.

Case study 2

This is very obvious case of gender violence.

As we all know men's are being brought up in a very discrimination root.

This is subtype of the domestic violence and emotional psychological abuse which is the form of gender violence.

It's all about my today's post.

I love to invite my friends @m-fdo, @jannat12 and @mdkamran99 to take part in the challenge.

Bendiciones 💛💙❤️

It's true, the development of social media technology has also become a facility for intimidation, including even intimidation of women. yes! In our country, Indonesia, sexual harassment is increasingly widespread through video calls and messengers and other applications.

Hi @drhira , Gender-based violence occurs in almost all countries, generally due to social and economic inequality. Indonesia is no different, intimidation, social media-based harassment that forces victims to give money is part of the reason because women are considered weak and easily influenced targets.

I agree with the view on practical case II, you classify it in the category of ordinary murder, not femicide! because it happened without planning and coincidentally the victim was a woman.
