I think some places require that for You to
go camping
Then get worms,
I've even hunted for nightcrawlers
and had a few successes

    Indeed. But i believe you missed the point of the article.

    I was trying to make clear that government didnt have the right to sell you rights you already have and call it a LICENSE.

      Also:

      All laws are prohibitive. Supposedly to protect you from harm. So, how is it that someone can buy a license to do you harm?
