What you think is Canada, is really a fictional construct governed from a foreign corporation sole entity known as the crown, WHICH was actually waived by the statute of Westminister in 1931.
Also, the governor general of Canada is the De facto head of state. De facto meaning it's ILLEGITIMATE.
So that begs the question....

I dug into this stuff thoroughly about a decade ago. A lot of the information people put out on the subject is speculation. If you want to learn about it the best source is the government documents themselves. Form your own opinion.
What I gathered from my research is that even if you are right you have to be willing to go to court where you still probably won't get a fair trial. Ultimately they have all the goons. It is also rather rediculous to have to go into their courts and try to use their laws against them. Just think about that. What ever happened to them just leaving you the fuck alone.
Where we can make a difference though is at the edges where there isn't much risk of having a bad interaction with the state. This is where crypto comes in as well as other measures to improve self reliance and freedom like homesteading, natural health, home schooling etc.
