The term scarcity is a baby of economic circumstance employed by people to solicit for sympathy from others who they made to believe that their question for satisfaction is limited by the obvious inadequacy of resources. It is a simple term of expression to show the inability of the resources at the disposal of a man to satisfy the numerous human want.
