This is one of the gross ones. Every now and again, I make something that only I would eat. This might be one of them. I don't expect anyone to enjoy this but me. As I said earlier, this is one of an older, cheesier recipe set. If I was making it now, I would probably be using avocados and nutritional yeast. And Ghee instead of butter.
What we had:
Some kale (about a double handful), some marinated olives, a cup of marinated baby octopi, some Feta cheese, and about half a medium can of salmon. And a frying pan.
Melted about 50g of butter in the pan:
Added the kale and stirred in:
Added the mashed salmon and stirred in:
Added a good amount of feta and stirred in:
Added the octopi and stirred in:
Added some olives and stirred in:
I left half of this mess in the hopes that someone in my house would be brave enough to eat it. And the surprise of the evening is that Miss T likes octopi. She knocked off all my cephalopod deliciousness and left me with olive and salmon mess. And I had far too many olives in my mess. Good thing I like olives.
Good job on combining the salty flavours of the feta and olives with the seafood.

It's a lot like calamari. Rubbery in texture but tasty in flavour :-9
