How a leader makes steem become luxuriant

Of course being a leader is hard, but with high motivation and suggestion of the goals to be achieved can make it fun. At least with the intention to provide kindness to others, share with others, and fight for something good for the community to lead to something noble.

That the leader must be present and present is indeed a certainty, so that people do not become like goats who are adrift in something uncertain. A leader needs to have a real and clear and measurable vision. With that vision the leader can be together with the people who are with, together towards success, to success with glorious. Of course it is not something that is easy and small. But with commitment, and integrity and good cooperation it is very possible to achieve.

Likewise with Steem. Being a new product in the midst of the many existing and similar products certainly requires an extra and serious effort in terms of making Steem popular, easily recognized, and desirable, to later become an Idol. And it needs a massive collaboration in all lines, at all levels even in all regions and places. We realize that there is nothing big but starts from a small step. Therefore, to get to all of that it is indeed necessary for a person, a group of people who together try to favor steem to the general public. And that starts with each time we try to become Regional Leaders in our respective places.

I hear this voice in response to an invitation to the Steem Outreach Program: Regional Leaders - applications invited by @pennsif as Regional Leader Invite and I got a notification from my Brother Mr. @rokhani, and I welcome it joyfully through this paper.

How can we, a leader pushes Steem in each region to be more luxuriant of steem, rich and flourishing. And all that requires extra effort.

The only way I believe in the initial stage is that a massive series of campaigns needs to be done. Promotion is very important and important. The form can be a kind of training and workshop. The workshop needs to be held. And indeed it requires a lot of resources, like resources to build 100 account instantly. The workshop, for example, Workshop for 100 people, conducted training and training to create accounts at Steemit. It can indeed with free. But for ordinary people, with quite a long time to a few weeks it is not ideal, it needs an instant account, even though there is a fee there. However, with an instant account, workshop and training participants can go directly to practice. And that can make the process more interesting. Even with the support of upvote to traning participants from the support team who can also provide upvote support with massive things it can prove to the workshop and training participants that Steem is not something bullshit in the form of delusions that are difficult to achieve, but Steem is something real. That's also what can make Steem can be interesting.

With training and workshops, given tips and tricks to create a quality content, interesting and also important is the sustainability of the content itself. Continuity of the content is important, although it should not neglect quality. But for newcomers to steem, at least the news about steem is fun, cheap and easy but has the potential to be an opportunity and luck, that's what will make people interested in continuing to work on steem.

I am from Indonesia, precisely in Central Java. if for the general area of ​​Indonesia, or even the province of Central Java, indeed for me too much. But because I come from Purbalingga Regency, becoming a regional leader for the Barlingmascakeb region, Purbalingga, Purwokerto, Banyumas, Banjarnegara, Cilacap and Kebumen may still be very possible to be realized, more so in the digital era and all online today.

I am a new steemian, joined July 22, 2019. But my reputation now 60 and have post more than 200 since I register.

I made friends and followed thousands of people so far to continue to learn and explore knowledge about steem, make as many friends as possible with the steemians and the community.

Because of my enthusiasm in steem, I have made dozens of accounts, accounts of curation with the intention to support if the community in which I have formed one day. Among them are the account @indowhale @activisteem @steembiosis @opsteemaction and several other accounts that are only the same age as corn. Indeed today is not yet fully formed, there are only a few of my colleagues like @aryceppy @yebe and @alesya12. I belive with next will raise massive steemians in my place.
