The true leadership: One who is truly wise will gain the confidence of his people, and his name will endure forever. Ben Sira 37:26

The teacher of wisdom Ben Sira taught about false and true wisdom; in life, there are those persons who appear to be wise men and those persons who really are.
And true wisdom brings with her a real blessing, taught the teacher of wisdom Ben Sira, and that blessing is the leadership in its true essence.
Following the thinking of Ben Sira, the true leadership and the knowledge of wisdom are the same thing; for Ben Sira, being wise and being a leader meant the same thing.
And this spiritual truth, the teacher of wisdom, formalized it in some spiritual teachings in his book: "A wise person instructs his own people, and the fruits of his good sense will endure" Ben Sira 37:23; and "One who is truly wise will gain the confidence of his people, and his name will endure forever" Ben Sira 37:26.
Explaining this in other terms, this means that a wise man leads through knowledge of the truth, a wise man never acts out of passion or ignorance. And the wise man not only leads but also educates through his actions and inspires ordinary and simple people to improve and seek the best and most excellent. The Bible left a very important proof about this, the nation of Israel reached its greatest era of glory and splendor through the administration of a great wise man, King Solomon. The Kingdom of Israel was never so close to realizing the Kingdom of God, the dominion or empire of God's perfections, on earth outside of the reign of this wise man.
And the work of the wise man as a leader is better understood when appears the opposite figure to the leadership of the wise man, the tyrant; the tyrant oppresses, deceives, divides to ensure his power, imposes fear, and makes war on his external enemies.
Ben Sira taught to the readers of his book to seek that true leadership that leads men to happiness and prosperity.
