Letters, board reports,reports, news letters, calendar, schedules, and other standard mailing pieces can be revised and changed with just few key strokes. Some specialized company software enable the user to combine name and address records with attendance, ministry activities, and even given history.

Almost any version of word processing software enable the user to create a "shell" or basic outline, of a document and insert variables information as changes or updates are needed.
