Steemit is amazing. No other social media platform can provide such a diverse and rewarding experience, you can earn money while inspiring people and sharing the content you love.Really,a blogger's wet dream.
If Steemit is so incredible than why 90% of the people starting on this incredible platform quit after a couple of weeks?
To succeed on Steemit you have to understand what Steemit is all about. It is not only about quality content and consistency and definitely not about money and steem power.
Steemit is all about community. Building a strong community with many followers is no easy task. You have to connect with your community and become a Leader.
A leader that helps his followers by offering them inspiration and value as an exchange for thier time and attention. That is seriously easier said than done.
My steemit journey started about a month ago. I started writing posts. Post after post and all I see is nothing - No views , No upvotes and no comments.
I experimented with different upvote bots, contests and hacks that got me nowhere.
I had to find a way to learn how to become a leader and an inspiration on Steemit or else I am doomed for failure.
I guess I was really lucky to find @dobratim. This whale decided to start a special project. Not another voting bot to sell his steem power to the highest bidder but a community of established Steemit bloggers that teach how to succeed in Steemit - #steemitschool.
This community is the fastest growing community on Steemit with well over 2000 members that have joined in 10 days since the community started its Discord channel https://discord.gg/Ffmss5Z.
This community is all about leadership. This is the mission statement of the founders - "We want to work with leaders" says @dobratim on every one of the 2 daily live lessons on the channel.
Finally, I found the right place for me to learn about Steemit,success and leadership, and I encourage you to check thia community out no matter if your minnow looking for support or a whale looking to do something meaningful.
