Being "bossy" is the opposite of having good leadership skills.

One thing that I notice with a segment of the "lets raise women up" crowd is that they tend to conflate "raising women up" with "making them do the things men do."

The reality is...I've had a LOT more positive experiences with female leadership than male leadership.

None of these female leaders led the same way the good male leaders have done.

In my experience, good leadership is different for men and women. Neither is "better" per se...good leadership is good leadership. They're just dramatically different.

I've often heard it argued that "if men can do it, women should be able to as well" which I fundamentally don't agree with in most contexts. That's not equality...that's "same"...and men and women are definitely equal but NOT the same.
