A GOOD LEADER IS A GOOD FOLLOWER

Being a leader is a great responsibility, In their hands depends the success of a community or a team, a leader is the one who makes big decisions, they are the one who gives commands and a small mistakes from a leader can be a huge impact to a project and to his followers. But to be a good and successful leader we need to learn how to be a good follower.

Don't look at yourself as a leader, because if everyone of us thinks that we are a leader, no one will become a follower.

what is a leader if there is no follower

Characteristics of a Good Follower:

they know their responsibilities a good follower knows their role and know how to identify their true leaders.

They are loyal: they now how respect their leaders, a good follower will not do things against their superiors or even say a bad word against them just to get benefits for themselves.

Knows how to obey and what to obey: they are willing to obey their leader without hesitation at the same time they are aware at the things they need to do.

Good listener: a good follower is also a good listener, they listen carefully to their leaders and willing to take other people's advice.

Willing to do an extra task: A good follower are willing to do things beyond their jobs just to help their leaders and they didn't wait to be told what has to be done.

To be a good leader we must learn this characteristics to be a Good example to our followers and understand their side as well.

Every leader is a boss, but not every boss is a leader.

A Leader lead his followers: a leader works with his followers to be an example, he is doing a job at the same time leading his troops.

while a boss rules his followers: a boss make commands and give orders, he let his followers to do all the job while he wass sitting plenty and waiting for the result.

A leader ask questions and willing to listen on others opinions a leader listen to his followers and he is open from any advices.

while a boss knows everything he wasn't listen from others opinions because he is the boss, he thinks that he is on the top,he thinks that he is better and has more skills than his followers.

A leader accept and corrects mistakes: a leader are willing to help his followers, he do anything that he can do to correct the mistakes of his followers.

while a boss find who's to blame
