Hey guys, its game time.... i would love us to comment below on our different views of WHAT LEADERSHIP MEANS TO US. I'll get to choose the most suitable definition. There is no prize tag attached to the game or anyone who wins. Everything doesn't have to be about money all the time.
Let just do it for the sake of having fun and sharing knowledge.

*Leadership is RELATIONSHIP - WHO YOU KNOW.
*Leadership is KNOWLEDGE - WHAT YOU KNOW.
*Leadership is INTUITION - WHAT YOU FEEL.
*Leadership is EXPERIENCE - WHERE YOU'VE BEEN.
*Leadership is PAST SUCCESS - WHAT YOU'VE DONE.
*Leadership is ABILITY - WHAT YOU CAN DO.
I'll buttress more on each point as stated above, but then that's dependent on the feedback from you guys.
