The importance of leadership

Being a leader in any organization is a huge responsibility, leadership is the ability to get an individual or group of people to accomplish a goal or task. Leadership is essential to the success of any organization. Good leadership can make a huge difference in employee productivity as well as overall mood. Though I’m sure we have all experienced bad leadership at some point in our lives we have overcame that and learned what not to be. There are toxic leaders which can totally ruin your time with an organization, but there is a lot to learn from them. I would say I am a leader who likes to go in battle first and make my own moves to show results. Once results are there, people can follow and they are more likely to act in the same way.
