The bulblet fern, scientifically known as cystopteris bulbifera, is a fern in the cystopteridaceae family.
It is also known by the common name of bulblet bladderfern or bulblet fragile fern.
The plant is a low-growing rock fern with creeping stems and elongated delta leaves that grow to 75 cm.
This fern is native to eastern Canada, the midwestern and eastern United States, and two separate populations in southwestern United States.
