Hoya is a genus of 200-300 species of tropical plants in the apocynaceae family.
Many hoya species are popular houseplants in warmer climates.
For example, hoya coriacea blume is reported to have leaves as long as two feet.
Some have leaflets that appear to have no veins, while others have very prominent veins and are darker in color.
One of the best, hoya kerrii craib, has indistinct (inverted heart-shaped) leaves with slits away from the stem.
