The leopard plant, whose botanical name is farfugium japonicum, is a species of flowering plant in the Asteraceae family.
This plant is a rhizomatous evergreen perennial that grows in loose clumps. It can reach a height of about 60 cm and its leaves are large and round or kidney shaped with a slightly fleshy texture.
Also known as the green leopard plant or tractor seat plant, this plant is widely grown as an ornamental plant in gardens and pots.
