Gooseberry geranium, whose botanical name is pelargonium grossularioides, is a species of geranium native to South Africa.
Also known as coconut geranium, it is a glandular, aromatic perennial herb with erect, angular, reddish stems, 20 to 50 cm tall.
The leaves are green to reddish, slightly lobed, and serrated at the margins.
