Tractor Seat Plant (Farfugium Japonicum)

Tractor seat plant, scientific name farfugium japonicum, is a species of flowering plant in the asteraceae family.

It is also known as the leopard plant, or green leopard plant, and is native to the rivers and coasts of Japan, where it is called tsuwabuki.

This plant is a perennial rhizomatous evergreen that grows in loose clumps and has large round or kidney-shaped leaves that are slightly fleshy.

The tractor seat plant is widely grown in gardens and as a potted houseplant.
