2/12 PBE UPDATE: LEVELING REWARD EMOTES & TENTATIVE BALANCE CHANGES

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.4 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new leveling reward emotes and more tentative balance changes!

Leveling Reward Emotes

Four new leveling reward emotes are now on the PBE, Legend 12 for Level 300, Legend 13 for level 325, Legend 14 for level 350, and Legend 15 for level 375.

Balance Changes

• Evelynn
  Whiplash (E) empowered damage increased from 85/105/125/145/165 to 95/115/135/155/175
  Vs Live: increased from 70/90/110/130/150 to 95/115/135/155/175
  

• Gangplank
  Powder Keg (E) keg duration lowered from 40 seconds to 25 seconds
  Vs. Live: from 60 to 25
  

• Gnar
  GNAR! (R)
  [Removed] [Mini/Passive] No longer increases Boomerang Throw's CDR
  [Mega/Active] bonus AD ratio reverted from 100% to 20%
  [Mega/Active] AP reverted from 100% to 50%

• Kog'Maw
  Bio-Arcane Barrage (W) bonus magic damage increased from 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% to 3/3.75/4.5/5.25/6%

• Ornn
  Bellows Breath (W) damage increased from 10/11.5/13/14.5/16% to 12/13/14/15/16%
  Vs Live: from 10/12/14/16/18% to 12/13/14/15/16%
  

• Talon
  Base magic resist lowered from 42 to 39
  Base armor increased from 29 to 30
  Shadow Assault (R) reverted to live functionality.

  Changed from [+5 AD or +9 AP, Adaptive, +9% Attack Speed] to [+8 AD or +13 AP, Adaptive, +5.5% Attack Speed]
  

• The Incontestable Spellslinger (S+P Set Bonus)
  Changed from [+6AD or 10 AP, Adaptive, +9% Attack Speed] to [+8AD or +14 AP, Adaptive, +5.5% Attack Speed]

Jungle

• Dragon Slayer
  Buff tooltip now notes "Slaying multiple Elder Dragons will empower these effects and the Mark of the Elder Dragon."
