Learn English & Earn Steem

Hello Steemit Members!

I writing about an opportunity here on the Steemit platform to learn English vocabulary and some English Grammar while earning Steem!

I created a new community to teach American English Using pictures submitted by community posters.

The Community is called Learn English & Earn. Link

The purpose and goal is to help the Steemit platform grow by helping Retention and Rewards by creating a new use case on the platform.

In this new community you earn Steem two ways by earning author rewards or curation rewards.

Many people who are new to Steemit don’t understand these two types of Rewards, so I will start by explaining what Author Rewards are, and what Curation Rewards are also.

Author Rewards = Creator Rewards
A creator makes stuff, like poems, stories, drawings, paintings, pictures, sculptures and other stuff. On Steemit we call the Rewards that creators get; Author Rewards.

Curator Rewards = Consumer Rewards.
A consumer is a person who reads or looks at the stuff a creator makes and upvotes it, so the creator gets rewarded.

On Steemit both author/creators and curator/consumers get rewarded!
The creator is very important because they make stuff for other people to enjoy. But the Consumer is very important because without the consumer, the creator doesn’t get any rewards. So on Steemit the Consumer and the Creators Both get rewarded. On Steemit the rewards on every post are split between the creator Or author and the consumer or curator. So on Steemit the rewards on every post are split equally, 50/50 between Author and Curator.

Remember Authors equal creators, and Curators equal consumers. Both the creators and consumers are rewarded equally or 50/50.

Write what it is in your language, then in English.
Then write a sentence about it in a English and then the same sentence in Your language.

This gives everyone some English words, but also we all get exposed to another language also.

Maybe an idea to let the people post screenshots of their Duolingo app? I like the idea of learning together with incentive

That’s an interesting idea.
I will suggest it to the Community.
Thank you.

Congratulations! Your post has been selected as a daily Steemit truffle! It is listed on rank 15 of all contributions awarded today. You can find the TOP DAILY TRUFFLE PICKS HERE.

I upvoted your contribution because to my mind your post is at least 3 SBD worth and should receive 36 votes. It's now up to the lovely Steemit community to make this come true.
