Learning SPLDV Materials with Discovery Learning Method.

Dear steemian friends.

Before doing our learning as a teacher must prepare the material and also the method of learning so that learning is more interesting. in this case the method I use is discovery learning method and I think this method is very suitable for SPLDV material.

In learning discovery (discovery) activities or learning are designed in such a way that students can find the concepts and principles through its own mental processes. In discovering concepts, students make observations, classify, make conjectures, explain, draw conclusions and so forth to find some concepts or principles.

Discovery method is defined as a teaching procedure that emphasizes peer teaching, manipulating objects before reaching generalization. While Bruner states that children must play an active role in learning. It further states that the activity needs to be carried out in a way called discovery. Discovery is carried out students in the learning process, directed to find a concept or principle.

By using the method is expected the students can be more active, creative and able to solve problems that exist in student life.
