HOW CAN YOU FACE THE PROBLEM?

In this world, we all go through trials and tribulations. It is one of the ingredients that make our lives beautiful and vibrant. From childhood to these times, there are problems that we will face, deal with, and deal with. Problems with family, children, or spouse relationships. Financial problems. Problems with a friend, a job, or a study. That is all coming to us. Sometimes lightweight, sometimes heavy. Sometimes you can do it. Sometimes you just want to give up.

I've heard the saying before: "Don't solve the problem. Let the problem be the problem itself." The first time I heard it I seemed to agree. But I think, we are taught to be cowardly in this saying. It seems that the message to us is not to face it and to just ignore the problem. In fact, we cannot avoid the problem. You can't think it, but you can't deal with it.

I don't want to scare you. The purpose of this post is to give everyone the hope they need in a fight - You VS Trouble. Are you ready? Ready. Set. Fight!

On the contrary, it is important that we know our enemy. Every detail about our competitor must be studied so that we can determine the steps to win.

ALL PROBLEMS WITH SOLUTIONS

We always keep in mind that every problem has a solution. The solution begins with the decision we make. The decision we make will determine whether we win or win our solution to the problem. In Mathematics, the solution to Math problems will be based on what the teacher has taught us, but we cannot solve the problem correctly if we do not apply what we have learned from it. In our lives, our teacher is our experiences - the beautiful or ugly events that affect and teach us.

When I was in my third year of college, I thought about taking a summer class to get along with my classmates for graduation. I was irregular because I was a shifter and transferee from another school. One of the subjects that I decided to advance was Financial Management, as the finals were nearing completion. It's really difficult because that subject or just my head is weak. (It's up to you to decide. Hehe) And because my professor was kind, he gave me and the rest of the students the grades (most of us in class, only three didn't take the special exam). I wanted to be happy with her but when I saw the problems on the test paper, all the anger went away and I was annoyed with her. He can teach anyone and can use any book to answer his exam which aims to give us a flat 5.0 on the class card.

There is a problem with the Current Ratio. It is a liquidity ratio that measures a firm's ability to meet its short-term obligations. The formula here is the Current Ratio = Current Asset divided by Current Liabilities. But with the problem he has given up on Current Asset and Current Liabilities, the Current Ratio is there. I just predicted the answer to the problem so you are right I guess wrong. I was so upset because it seemed impossible to solve the problem I tried to ask my prof how to solve it. I was surprised because he used the Algebraic equation. Then I wondered and thought, that is not what he taught. He didn't even teach us how to solve algebra. But I also thought that I should know how to apply what I learned in Algebra when I was first in this kind of math problem.

Sometimes this is how we deal with the problem, it's like dealing with Financial Management. We all want to give up. We don't want to think anymore. We forget what we learned before, so when we need it, we can't use it. Algebra is over so I forgot about it, I didn't know it could be used in financial management solution. That was my mistake so I couldn't solve my exam problem.

THE PROBLEM IS OPPORTUNITY FOR LEARNING

We will have different problems in the future but there is only one thing we can do here - the TRUTH. When we miss something, we learn something from it, so our hearts and minds must always be open to the lessons we learn after the problem. We must be teachable. But what is teachable? Says a cruel author, John Maxwell; "Teachability comes when we take something that we learn and apply it." With each mistake we make, in each trial, we face it is important that we learn from it and apply it. The knowledge that is not practiced cannot be called knowledge. Let's not think that the problem is a scary monster but let's look at it like a wild animal that adds courage to us - a tiger or lion. Why would the zoo keep the animals and keep the tiger and the lion alive? It just means that once you learn to control them and learn their character, you will lose the fear and they will be the ones to do everything you say. So when the time comes when you find that the problem is not scary, that's the time when you know you are brave and stable, no problem falling apart.

GOD HELPS YOU IN THE PROBLEM

The Lord has not promised that our lives will be easy. There are trials and problems to come. But He promises, He will not leave us alone and let no matter what happens. Sometimes it is because we are too late to approach the Lord when we have a problem. Or at times because of adversity, we seem to doubt and resent God. We always think that the Lord is still the Solution-Maker in our lives. He is the solution himself.

At a time when you seem to be losing hope, just ask yourself: "When did the Lord abandon me?" When you think of a time in your life that the Lord left you, you have no idea because He is always there for us. Sometimes we just think that He abandoned us because of the things we do ourselves. We make the wrong decision and we do not seek His help when the result is ugly, we blame Him. That's not right. Shame on the Lord. We blame Him for the things we are guilty of.

But even so, the grace of the Lord is still sufficient. He is loving and forgiving. He is ready to help as long as you call on Him and you are ready to help. Trust me. He answers you! How old are you? How many problems have you been through? You can't overcome it without Jesus. He is with you and protects the storm of life.

The man with no problems is in the Manila North Cemetery. Don't complain because there's a problem, everyone who lives there has it. But I'm not saying "suicide" is the solution to solving the problem. I feel sad when I hear that someone is lying down, jumping to EDSA, and drowning in a bucket, just to avoid problems. What a relief they show. The problem is for those who are brave and willing to stand up, grow in life. We are brought indifferently. Let me tell you one of the good stories I read:

A woman grew up poor with her father. Her mother was gone, she died when she was little. They barely had anything to eat. No money. Without proper clothing and shelter. Once in a lot of hardship, the woman asked her father.

"Tay, why are we so poor? Can't we just have no problem? I'm in so much pain and I don't want to."
Instead of responding, his father took their dinner and went to the stove to cook. His son followed him. Her dad took the pot and put some water on it and put it on the stove. When the water boiled. Daddy first dipped the carrot, the egg followed, the coffee beans followed.

When it was all cooked, they laid it on the table and sat down. Dad took the carrot and gave it to her to taste and the girl took it and ate it. The eggs followed, and eventually, the coffee beans were placed in the glass for the woman to drink. Then her dad said, "What do you notice about the three?". The woman answered they were all cooked and delicious.

But her father replied, "They are both soaked in boiling water but they have different results. The carrot at first was hard but when it was in the water, it softened. And coffee beans, at first glance, but when it was mixed with water it came out and turned into coffee.

Her dad was right. We have different ways of dealing with problems. The question is who are you among the three? The carrot? Egg? o coffee bean? How do you deal with the problem? Only you can answer that.

"MOST OF THE TIME WE DON'T CHOOSE OUR ADVERSITY, BUT ALL THE TIME WE CAN CHOOSE OUR RESPONSE TO IT.

Thanks for reading, just comment below who are you among the three?

Thank you!
