Coming off a game yesterday, LeBron James announced to the public that he is planning the opening of the “I Promise Village” to provide housing for families in need. LeBron is so generous and with his current worth right now, he thinks that it is best to give to the community and be able to alleviate the new generation in Akron from poverty because he doesn’t want those kids and teenagers to experience the hardship he has endured to survive and the best to thing to do is to donate. This is definitely where he solidifies his name he is the king in this regard a phenomenal athlete and philanthropist. That's what a King does, he looks after his community and help in any way that he can in order to help improve the lives of the poor. Good luck to a successful campaign for the Los Angeles Lakers this season and in the future! This is the reason why he is such a great role model. Love or hate him for whatever reason be it logical or non-sense due to him leaving teams, flopping, crying for calls etc. This guy is a CLASS ACT for younger generation and should be replicated by athletes across all sports.
