Lebron James has swept the Raptors and gained much needed rest for his next opponent: The Boston Celtics. That's right, the Boston Celtics defeated the 76ers 4-1 to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals against Lebron and the Cleveland Cavaliers. This will be the second year in a row they have faced each other. What changed? Well player's personnel has change for one. Isaiah Thomas is no longer a Celtics (not a Cav as well). Jayson Tatum is a rookie for the Celtics but has really grown as the season progressed. The Cavalier have a younger roster with players like Rodney Hood, Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr. The Celtics are with out their star players in Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward. Nevertheless, the Cavaliers can not take the Celtics lightly. They are very intellectual on the court and adapted to any situation during the game. Brad Stevens has done an amazing job to right the ship after the team loss their star players/leaders. The series should be a good one. Can't wait to see who will represent the Eastern Conference in the 2017-18 NBA Finals. Game 1 is Sunday in Boston.
