We have, unfortunately, not the most pleasant news for you. All those who waited for the release of the new Nano X, are waiting for disappointment.
Today, March 22, 2019, a very interesting letter came from Ledger CEO – Eric Larshevek.
“Dear,
We are contacting you about your order for Ledger Nano X. Due to unforeseen production problems, we apologize that your new Nano X will not be delivered by mail this week.
We are doing everything possible to deliver your Nano X to you as soon as possible, but today we are at least one month late and possibly more. We will keep you informed.
Ledger is committed to offering you only the highest quality products; especially given your support and your early interest in our new product.
So what happened? This week, after receiving a batch of materials for the Nano X, which we planned to assemble and ship this week, we had to reject the details. They do not meet our quality standard. This set aside our entire schedule, and this meant that we could not fulfill our obligations to you and send any pre-ordered Nano X this week.
We feel terrible about this, and we want to try to do everything right for you, so we would like to offer you a free Ledger Nano S as a token of our appreciation. You can use it as a backup device for your Nano X, find out more here. It will be shipped with your Nano X.

Thus, we all understand that the release of the promised Nano X will happen much later than the promised. We can only wait….
