설마했지만 역시나가 되어버린 대한민국 사법부의 판결

3.5법칙이 되살아난 이번 판결은 법과 법리에 대해 잘 알지 못하는 일반인도 이해하기 쉽지 않은 판결인 것 같다.

역시 대한민국은 유전무죄, 무전유죄....재벌에게 주어지는 3.5법칙이 여전히 살아있는 곳인 듯 하다.
