British Virgin Islands Issues Subpoena to Tesla CEO Elon Musk in Lawsuit Involving Jeffrey Epstein and Morgan Stanley.

Recently, the British Virgin Islands has served a subpoena to Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, regarding a lawsuit concerning Jeffrey Epstein and Morgan Stanley. The court documents reveal that the British Virgin Islands sought access to litigation files related to the alleged sex trafficking involving Epstein, a long-time client of Morgan Stanley, and suggest that Epstein may have recommended Musk to the bank. The subpoena demands Musk to provide any evidence, including documents, of his interactions with Morgan Stanley and Epstein, as well as any records pertaining to Epstein's involvement in human trafficking and the purchase of girls or women.

Morgan Stanley has denied these allegations and is facing litigation from the British Virgin Islands, which accuses the bank of facilitating the transport of young girls to Epstein's private island for abuse by him and others. Concurrently, there is an ongoing civil lawsuit in the Manhattan federal court where a woman has accused Epstein of sexual assault.

This is not the first time the British Virgin Islands has issued such subpoenas. Previously, similar subpoenas were sent to Larry Page, co-founder of Google, Sergey Brin, co-founder of Google, Michael Ovitz, former Disney executive, Thomas Pritzker, chairman of Hyatt Hotels, and real estate tycoon Mort Zuckerman.

It remains unclear how Musk has formally responded to these accusations. However, reports indicate that the government of the British Virgin Islands has hired a detective agency to locate Musk's address and has made contact with one of his attorneys. Despite Musk previously waiving the need for personal service of legal documents, he told a Twitter user that these allegations are absurd in many ways.

It is important to note that in addition to his role as CEO of Tesla, Musk also owns Twitter and SpaceX.
