What am I even agreeing to? I simply wanted to access your software, play your game, read your information. Be legally insured, get reward points for being a regular customer. Use your gym, swing on your swings, jump on your trampolines.

Guess I have no choice but to agree and be subject to those words, sure i've read them but did I really comprehend what they said? Even if I did read and understand them I would never consciously agree to be subject to so many rules as to prevent being taken advantage of. Yet if I do not agree then I cannot participate and therefore cannot accomplish my goals. So I blindly agree hoping that I don't cross their invisible line, practically giving complete authority to a headless figure. Possibly with many lawyers and more money than I may earn in my lifetime to protect itself from me. Hell if I do end up getting their legal attention i'm likely to go into debt and have my life ruined, so I'd better not screw this up.
So then I just figure I wont worry about it and try not to get the attention of those running the *"Agreements"
What could possibly happen? Turns out I was supposed to be paying this much despite having been told I would be paying another amount. Nobody told me, "didn't you read the agreement?" well shit I looked it over but If I spent my time reading and understanding agreements I'd never get to do anything else! If I spent my time finding someone willing to create an agreement that was suitable I'd likely never get to do anything else! If I spent my time creating agreements that were reasonable I'd likely never get to do anything else!
So I'm wired in, bound by invisible meanings, words written by "Authorities" Lawyers Judges
You agreed did you not!?
What are we to do when powers far greater than us individuals come down from "Above" and read us our "Rights"
I'm honestly asking, since my answer is to decentralise and democratize everything where YOU and I get to decide together what is reasonable and what is not. Rather than some judge or lawyer
