The process of making lemang pretty old. Firstly prepared bamboo pieces about 60 cm, then the young banana leaves rolled and put into the bamboo slats.
The glutinous rice that has been washed and then put into it. Then given the coconut milk and spices racikannya. Finally the end of the bamboo is closed and in a neat order on the fire of the grill stove.
