What is the future of lending bots?

in lendingbots •  7 years ago

After the bitconnect debacle, I don’t see how someone can trust a lending bot system. The best way to go about acquiring cryptocurrency, to me at least, is mining. Buying and hodling is cool too but it’s no fun watching your money decrease by the minute. Thoughts 💭?

Well, where is the evidence that the Bitconnect bot even existed? It is extremely likely that it never did. Schemes that follow the Bitconnect formula (claiming to trade on behalf of the investors with no evidence) will probably unravel in a much smaller timescale from here on out as the community will be more cautious and thus there will be less new money flooding in. On top of this Bitconnect was operating during the greatest surge of new money ever into the crypto space, so that probably played a large role in why it was able to last so long too. Peer to peer lending through blockchain probably has a strong future, "lending" to Bitconnect style trading bots that in all probability never even existed... not so much.

Wow, thank you for that, You Taught me a lot. I’m very disappointed in all this, even though bitconnect always seemed too good to be true anyway. Guys on YouTube are even facing jail time for profitting from their referral program
