Steeming Along - Day Two

 Part of the challenge that we have is getting ourselves back into nature. The Outdoor Natural Resources Research Institute (ONRRI) is a place to get outside and breathe the fresh air. Located on 40 acres in Southern Oregon, Dr. Lenny Thyme has put together a location that is different from any place that you have ever been. There are several different microlocations that have completely different ambiance. Plus, it allow us to call Dr. Lenny an onery scientist.

 Theknew game is to step away from everything and take a fresh look at what we are dealing with. The false news of the dying television broadcating sphere is empowered by the false education sphere that skews our sense of reality. By the time we take steps back away from what we think we know to what we actually know, we find that most of the fluff is gone with most of the real content. If the Beatles were right, 'nothing is real and there is nothing to get hung about', then we can take the places as pictured and start again looking at what we think we know.

I call this the Knew Weigh, because we have to weigh everything that we thought we knew, against accurately measured information. That info is collected by individuals and ruminated upon by each one of us individually and then again by all of us collectively. These are the two ones of the Fibonacci sequence - an alternative weigh of looking at duality. Duality is as false as reality - but you are here reading this, so something howdt (out) there must be real.

So how do we do what we do in the face of every changing restrictions on our ability to do what we do. By stepping out, and letting go of the common misperceptions that we were taught in school. As Steely Dan crooned - 'and I'm never going back to my old school.' We need to learn in a different weigh than setting behind a block of wood with our hands folded, silently listening to the teacher drone on. Each learner is the teacher.

The current functioning 3/5 guild here is the animal husbandry guild. The research directed learning - redile - has to do with grokking how animals comunicate with each other without formal language. The guild currently consists of 2 humans, 1 dog, 3 cats, 8 domestic geese and 11 muscovy ducks. There are also wild supporting members - we have had recent visits from a herd of elk, a brown bear and many canadian geese - who like to stop their flyover to hit the pond. The cats were kittens in mid summer and so their growing up with the birds has been a joy to watch and assimilate.

There were 8 goats in the group, but last fall a mountain lion made them into an evening snack. He took one, creamed another with claws and rage and just killed and left the other six. This was my bad in leaving them outside in a pen at night instead of having a protected space inside. Fencing only goes so far with wild critters. More goats are envisioned, but there is much to do on the land and goats take more attention than some other types of critters. The idea of working animals is a fundamental object in Ecotopia, so i will be adding working mates - eventually i hope to have a pair of oxen.

Large animals are not a problem. Doc once worked at a zoo called Wildlife Safari, where the animals ran free and people are restricted to their vehicles when in the park. Animals are a strange attractor, a chaos theory term for something that alters the state of the existing reality. The current existence has a shelf life of a few more years/months/days/hours, but time is not a concept that humans have clear. Time is a function of scale.

Scale is a tool, a device used to weigh things. The Knew Weigh requires many different scales and the players in the game will each have a guild that gives them support to measure. Measuring devices can be as simple as a ruler, or more complex than a compass. What we know is built upon what we know, but if that foundation is rocky, then we don't really know what we think we know.

Know, ... know? No no no. We know how to count, 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, but nature counts 1, 1, 2, 3, 5. It gets to the same place, so nobody notices much difference, until they look. The next three numbers are the key - 6, 7, 8 vs. 8, 13 and 21. Nature has a much larger range when we get beyond the individual. However, we each have an individual perspective that is very important in looking at what is and what is not.

And what is knot is reality right now. The Knew Weigh is an expansion set of the game of Existence. Where Existence is a 3/5 model, this is only two of the 8 levels of the Knew Weigh game. Different rules occur, but the goal of the game is to work from a basis of what we really know,not what we were taught in skul. We were taught to respect scientists, doctors, lawyers and indian chiefs - the entire corrupt layer now being called the deep state. We are hypnotized into believing the assumptions of the lame stream media - we need to create our own knew media. That is why I am here Steeming!

Enuf for now ... more wisdom from the ages as i fall into it. The formal game is not running yet, but the details of the game are slowly evolving onto the game boards. Every game is a model, from Monopoly to Pirates of Catan, requiring Concentration to get thru Jeopardy. Just give the right Password. Checkmate? Only if you double jump. Let's Go!!
