Man I really like your use of the lensball with these shots. It's your monitor as the backdrop, right? I love to use my display that way to create an interesting background bokeh for macros.

Yes it is. I had been using my 1080p monitor, but once I upgraded that to a 4K, the moire pattern that the lensball created by distorting the monitor's pixels virtually disappeared.
