Asado de lentejas es muy fácil de hacer y muy económica. para que invites a comer a tus mejores amigos ya que también es muy rendidora, van a quedar bien con toda su gente que inviten a comer a su casa, a continuación se les dan los ingredientes:
Una cebolla picada
Dos tazas de lentejas cocidas
Una taza de leche evaporada
Media taza de aceite
Una media taza de migas de pan
Un huevo batido
Una taza de nueces picadas
Una cucharada de sal
Media cucharada de salvia
Una taza de zanahoria rayada
una taza de apio España rallado
Preparación:
Mezcle todo y hornee por una hora a 350º.
Luego sirva caliente y saboree, se chupara los dedos y le quedaran ganas de preparar este asado de lentejas tan delicioso.
