The palm kernel is a nut or fruit,gotten from a mature palm tree commonly found in Africa.it is the mostly blessed tree in the world today,even Jesus Christ used it as a sign of prosperity,encouragement and success.the palm kernel tree can be used as firewood,furniture and other relevant things such as brooms used for sweeping in some home expecially the rural areas in Africa.and the provide oil for cooking,which can be extracted to produce different products such as vegetable oil and palm oil .lastly it produces the popular oil known as adiagbon coconut oil that revives the skin and that is used by adult, and also commonly use for new born babies. Health benefit-it is a good source of vitamin k,it fight of oxidation and is very low in cholesterol .
