Lesbian in Malaysia

in lgbt •  7 years ago  (edited)

I’m here to share heart stories. My writing would consist of events and things that happen to me or around me. Stories that effect me.

You want stories and sharing a from the heart? That is what I would be serving up.

As a lesbian in Malaysia, it is a constant uphill battle. This battle is not just a personal one, with family, but society at a large. Finding love and keeping love becomes a chore.

It is not all bleak, there are many a times where my heart is lifted and stories of positivity will also most definitely be shared. Those are the best kinds because they give us hope.

Lost my job recently, and that is a struggle but it is also teaching me lessons that I may not have learnt otherwise.

I try my best to keep my chin up and a smile on face.

Spirituality and music intrigues me and keeps me going.

Thank you Stef . Just learning to navigate around the site.

Welcome! If you haven't done so already, take a few minutes to read the Welcome and FAQ pages. It is a lot to take in, but take your time, as with all things worth doing. If you are on Discord, the banner below will invite you to the Steemit LGBT+ server on there.
Happy steeming!

Thank you for the warm welcome. Will take your advice and check out the welcome and faq pages. Also, hearing about discord for the first time. Going to check that out now.

It's a messenger service that was designed for gamers but works well for any community. It's kind of like Skype and Ventrilo had a love child. lol
Also word of advice. As a new user, you have very limited vote power, so I recommend saving it for really outstanding content. While I appreciate the upvote on my comment, I recommend you don't upvote comments as a general rule.

Great! Excited about joining the community on discord. Point taken on upvoting, was being too click happy. Much thanks.

Any LGBT accounts that you would recommend?

I sent you a DM on Discord, at your convenience.
