Unbelievable things take place under the color of law. I've got a few of these kinds of stories too, often revolving around hunters and their interactions with the public land agencies and other law enforcement. I have been harrassed, for no good reason, more than once. Often, the problem is that there is no law, just the inference of such. And yes, I do believe that some things get made up on the fly...It is getting to be that you need a law degree to be a hunter or a fisherman.
