I have officially joined the Scottish Libertarian Party in 2019

Hi Everyone,

I know it might seem crazy with the way the political world, especially in this case the scottish political world, is heading, especially with mainly far-left Agenda 21 & 2030-based policies such as tackling 'Climate Change' (including the workplace car parking tax and currently pushing to criminalize parking on pavements with council exemptions they won't reveal as part of the Transport Scotland 2018 bill), pushing for more hate crime laws (don't get me started with what happened to Count Dankula over that pug video), regulating video games, forcing festivals such as The Highland Games to open opportunities for Transgender people to compete despite the Scottish Trans Alliance admitting that it was "not aware of any individual or group who have been applying pressure on the Highland Games to become non-binary inclusive" (see link here: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2019/02/10/scottish-highland-games-considering-include-non-binary-gender/), pushing crazy sex education topics on kids as young as 5 years old including being told that the only reason they are the gender they are is because a doctor pulled them out of the womb and 'decided' their gender (no joke), getting rid of petrol and diesel vehicles from the road despite that fact that electric vehicles have not reached the same features as the former go to, pushing to stop getting oil and gas from the North Sea despite this being a prime reason to have Scotland become independent, getting illegal immigrants to vote in our elections, I could go on and on and on.

But I have to admit, for the past few years I have spent really adsorbing the red pill, part of that experience came in the form of listening to some Scottish Liberty Podcast episodes with Antony Sammeroff and Tom Laird who discussed in very civil detail about how libertarianism really is supposed to work and much of what they said really aligned with what I was thinking about the world all along. With that said about their podcast and the Scottish Libertarian Party's Facebook account (which I joined until I left Facebook permanently in late 2018), much of what they discussed and how they fully allowed their members to agree or disagree with anything they said really aligned with the values I have. They don't push the idea of free market capitalism, voluntarism and individualism in name only like a certain blue-marked mainstream ancient political party does, they actually fully discuss and mean what they say. With that said about right-wing based policies, there are also policies on the left-wing side they also promote including the legalisation of hemp (including cannabis and ending the war on drugs), promoting free speech, holding big pesticide corporations to account, pushing the proper type of environmentalism, allowing self-defence, Laissez-faire capitalism (the idea that government should not intervene in private transactions in any way, no matter where you are in the world), speaking out against bad foreign policy decisions in the Middle East and most importantly, as is the case here in Scotland, SCOTTISH INDEPENDENCE! All of these things seemed to align with the way I saw things along with being skeptical of the European Union (hence the fact I voted Leave along with the rest of the 17.4million people in the UK on 23rd June 2016). After the EU really pushed for censoring the internet with the Copyright Directive by passing it with 348 to 278 votes in the EU Parliament on 26th March 2019 and then pushing the even more controversial #TERREG regulations later on, I really snapped about the way things are going and decided that perhaps the only way to do something about what was going on and to share my ideas about real freedom with my fellow Scots was to officially join the Scottish Libertarian Party on 15th April 2019, with the membership formally confirmed on 22nd April later that month. I know it might sound hypocritical of me joining a political party hence the reason I often ranted about how no matter where your vote goes, the politicians always push the same agendas (heck, I also sell T-shirts on redbubble.com to express my stance on this!) but I will keep an eye on the integrity of the Scottish Libertarian Party with all my heart. I have always thought and said that if the party drifts towards Globalist agendas just like how the Libertarian Party in the United States (with the exception of Adam Kokesh who is running for president in 2020 and is generally for freedom in America) became sold out not long ago, I will immediately quit the party if it means sinking the ship full of Globalists that they have always sunk before.

In the meantime, I look forward to a bright future with them and hopefully helping them win more seats in the upcoming Scottish Parliamentary Elections in 2021 and the local Council elections in 2022. I especially look forward to the upcoming AGM with them in Kilmarnock on Saturday 14th September 2019 and hopefully many more will join as time passes by. Non-members are welcome to the AGM, by the way, albeit at a cost but unfortunately tickets have sold out. https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/agm-scottish-libertarian-party-tickets-60872195375?aff=ebdshpsearchautocomplete#tickets

All the best,
