The Hard Truths Book Club is a fraternal order created in Alberta, Canada to inspire working class men to greatness through reading and study. Members of this club contribute to a vast and ever-growing library of excellent scholarly works, crafting an experience that is designed to restore men's sense of Self within the context of a truly insane world.
Darcy Gerow, the Club's founder, says he "just wants to get average men reading again". It's a noble goal in and of itself. Western civilization was built on a combination of physical and mental fortitude, and studying the works of great authors can lend itself to further development. We should always be striving for personal excellence in whatever we do, and sharing wise words with one another in a sense of brotherly compassion cannot help but to inspire a new generation of the warrior-scholar.
