Why i became in a libertarian?

As a Latin American Millennials, I grew up on a muddy road, thanks to nefarious politicians, who far from serving the public as their title demands, served their interests, mounted on a colossal machine better known as the state, which ran over his people without contemplation . It is not that something of that has changed, the political and social reality in which I grew up is in which I still live.

A great discontent concerns you when you look around and see all kinds of social and economic nonsense perpetrated by a corrupt, incompetent and negligent state. On the one hand are the right, applying the economic model in which I believe but with conservative ideas that restrict certain freedoms in making certain decisions of individuals, and on the other, the left restricting market freedom, and tying the people to His most mean desires.

I discovered that there is a line of thought that takes the positive aspects of each ideology, libertarianism. Libertarianism prioritizes the needs of the individual over the pretensions of the state, giving him freedom and therefore total responsibility over his actions. Libertarians believe that the human being is able to govern his own life, and the intervention of the state should be limited to providing equal conditions for all and safeguard the essential rights of the individual, so everyone has the genuine possibility to progress and create a Best version of himself as he sees fit. In libertarianism the freedoms of each individual are extended to the limits of the integrity of the rights of the neighbor, with the clarity that every action has a reaction and this must be assumed with honesty and proactivity. The freedom of the market with equal bases is fundamental for the construction of wealth and dignity. The valuation of private property as a pillar of a society respectful of individual rights. A short state and escort of a free and committed individual.

In my opinion the decentralized economy is one of the purest expressions of libertarianism, since strip away corrupt politicians, oligopolies and all kinds of exclusive elites of a good that they have traditionally controlled: the money, passing it by the hand of the market, who by its nature of supply and demand manages to regulate in a faithful way the most important foreign exchange asset of the society. Cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, decentralized network protocols and other technologies that imply the active and/or passive participation of the user in the creation, maintenance and evolution of technological structures proving that we are the proxies of our lives and that we do not need leaders to tell us what is best for us, it is shown that this altruistic will is not proper to those who come to power.

I am libertarian because I have demonstrated to myself that my mind can find out the best movement for my progressive dignification as a person, I only ask for justice in the face of my rights violations, of the rest I am in charge and I am a simple human being like you, you can also use your ideas and efforts to thrive in every way you want. Govern yourself.

It's often that I feel oppressed here in the United States. I can't imagine how passionate I would be as a Libertarian had I grown up in a country without restraints on government power.

Wait, you only said that you are Latin American. You didn't say you grew up in Latin America. Were you talking about the United States after all...?
