Meet Eric Brakey, State Senator that represents District 20 in the Maine Senate. Brakey is running to be a U.S Senator as a Republican with a Libertarian/Conservative approach to economic and social issues. Before Brakey decided to run as a State Senator, he was an actor and dancer.
Brakey is the youngest State Senator elected in Maine. He was elected at the relatively young age of 26, and he serves as the chair of health and human services committee and as a member of the Marine Resources Committee. Brakey also represents the 8th generation of his family to live in Maine.
