This is my first post so I don't exactly know what I am doing! Eeek!
I learned that if the measure to help fund the county library system does not pass, that only one library will stay open (The Madelyn Helling LIbrary in Nevada City). Many people use the library for job searching (and perhaps Steemit?). Some people may think that the library has a lot of money because of the remodel at the Grass Valley Library, but that was due to a will bequeath from Mr. Charles Mosser who used the library as a child. The will stipulated that the money be used for a remodel. If the measure does not pass, Grass Valley, Penn Valley, Bear River, and Truckee would be shut down. Check what happened to Salinas Library years ago. The voters thought that everything was okay until their measure did not pass and the library was promptly closed. We cannot lose our local libraries!
