Life can bring many surprizes and things can happen unexpectedly, but always according to our karma. If what now is happening to Us is bad that means that our Result is Bad, Result from Our previous Action. If that is so, adequatly to the Result was the Action, Bad as well.
Lunetic is called a person that is doing same things and expects Different Result.

@tatjanastan, We all are leaders for sure, but there is no direct relationship between Leadership and Results because results come from the action and action is just our Conscious Thoughts and these thoughts convert into action. So to expand in life we have to learn everyday because learning aspect is an Continuous process.
