How to deal with the "thorny" theme of lies? How to bring children closer to the value of sincerity? How to help them not lie?
Silvia Serrelli author of the beautiful book "Quanto pesa una bugia" published by Giunti Kids can help us with a smile and many colored pages tells us the story of Tea, a 6 year old girl, who discovers how difficult it can be to lie to mom and Pope.
Tea goes to school willingly, but she does not like math, she prefers to play sports and play: she is a child of our times, cheerful, tender and very funny. At school the teacher asked an interesting question to the class: "How much does a lie weigh?". Tea reflects us, initially has no idea ... how much will a lie weigh? But then, because of a bad grade, he says his first lie. At first everything is easy but then the small lie becomes heavier every day ... and if it ends up crushing it?
An interesting and useful book for parents and teachers, the only negative aspect of the book:
- Tea takes a bad grade ... in math ... but why always in math? I would have preferred a bad general vote, without specifying the discipline. Too often mathematics is associated with the difficult subject: that of bad grades.
Reading age: from 6 years.
