I'm lucky today because I have umbrellas to cover the rain .. Vietnam is having a strong storm number 10..😢Hanoi where I live without storms only affected by heavy rain. However, the provinces close to the sea are suffering a great deal of damage. The people here are suffering from bad consequences from the storm every year..
